At SPORTIQU, we strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours, and delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location, PIN code, courier availability, and other logistical factors.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor its delivery status. While we work to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier issues may occur. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, our support team is always available to assist you.

At SPORTIQU, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer exchange requests within 4 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

A clear unboxing video or photos taken at the time of opening the package are mandatory for any exchange or damage-related claim. Requests without valid photo or video proof may not be accepted.

Exchange requests are accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or size-related issues (subject to availability). Refunds are provided only in cases where a replacement or exchange is not possible. SPORTIQU reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any exchange or refund request.

We currently accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is temporarily unavailable due to courier service limitations and delivery-related delays.
